Love, Actually

I have seen a lot of romantic comedies, but none of them come even close to how much I like this one. Taking place at Christmas time in London, this movie follows the romantic lives of many characters (who somehow all seem to intertwine) and how at Christmas time, it's a time to really show who you love that you love them.

Some of the stories that it follows are beautiful, and some of them are quite sad. It covers all the different kinds of relationships that can happen at different times in all categories, and it does it brilliantly. The movie is quite funny, but above all it's very romantic. Yes, it can be classified as a chick flick, but I don't care. It's one of the best there is. The romance schemes that happen across the different characters are still talked about even 7 years after this movie was released! (One of my favorite parts is the choir that sings “all you need is love” at the wedding)

This movie might have a lot to do with Christmas, but that doesn't matter to me I will watch it at any time of the year, and recommend it to anyone. It's one of those movies that you watch when you had a bad day or are really overwhelmed with stuff in your life and you just need a movie to help you calm down. This movie also has a fabulous cast of British actors like Hugh Grant, Liam Neeson, Emma Thompson, Bill Nighy, Colin Firth, Keira Knightley, and more.
