The first three Shrek movies: Shrek, Shrek 2, and Shrek The Third were hits and remain cherished by their fans. A great cast, an imaginative storyline, catchy music, rolling on the floor humor, and fun animation were the perfect recipe for one of the best family comedy movie series of all time.And now comes the 4th: Shrek Forever After – only this time it's going to be a huge hit in theaters as this is the first time ever that a Shrek movie is hitting the big screen in 3-D ANIMATION!
This is going to be a must see for every family. Personally, however, I do not just recommend this flick for families. I have watched every Shrek so far and have enjoyed every minute of every one of them. The humor isn't corny – but is actually quite clever and hilarious – the storyline makes sense, the characters are intriguing, and there are usually feel-good messages and “moral-of-the-stories” that everyone can relate to.
In Shrek Forever After, Shrek the new “family man”, misses his days of being a vicious, scary ogre. He makes a deal with the sneaky Rumpelstiltskin, where he lands in an alternate universe, a very different land of Far, Far, Away. Now, ogres are the ones that are chased and hunted – Shrek has never met Fiona, all his friends have had something about them flipped upside-down, and its up to Shrek to put everything back to normal and restore everyone's world.

even though the first Shrek was by far the best of the Shrek movies, Shrek forever after was a close second! I just watched it and it was adorable but not cheesy. Unfortunately, I didn't get the 3-D experience because I watched it online but oh well! I used the free videos online link because it was the first one ... tres easy to use. THANKS!
